Weekly Kid's Co-Op: Chinese New Year Crafts

We were very fortunate back in 2003 to arrive in Hong Kong bang in the middle of Chinese New Year celebrations. My clever husband organised transit visas for us to leave the airport and we took the shuttle into Hong Kong.
It was amazing to be surrounded by the sights and sounds of a Chinese New Year celebration in China! I was dazzled by the light shows set up on the high rise buildings surrounding us and the fireworks...

OMG...the fireworks were incredible! They were all around us! Over the water. On buildings. To the left. To the right. Front and centre.
This week in the Kid's Co-Op I noticed a few bloggers submitting their links for some awesome Chinese New Year crafts.

A great blogging friend of mine, Pauline from Lessons Learnt Journal submitted her Dragon Marionette. While you are there check out her recipe for Ang-Ku-Kueh!
